Hello and Welcome!
My name is Laura and I am a classically trained singer of 25 years. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from William Paterson University with a Vocal Performance degree in 2005, received my New Jersey Music Teacher's Certification in 2012. I completed her Masters Degree in Teaching December of 2015. My extensive research included in-depth focus on the adolescent changing voice. I gained expertise and further understanding of the physical and emotional aspects of young singers (males and females) going through vocal change, and applies that knowledge in the studio. I have traveled and performed in many places in several different genres of music. Alongside my University studies, I trained with Juilliard professors including Mr. Daniel Ferro, Mr. Robert Kopelson, and Bruno Rigacci in the Daniel Ferro Vocal Program in Chianti, Italy. I have also trained with professionals in a performance-based music program for emerging artists called Opera Works, run by Ann Baltz in Los Angeles, California. I also served as a Music Director at Echo Lake Church for four years. One thing I really enjoy is to write, record, and produce Christian Worship and Christmas music! Below are a few of my songs. Feel free to have a listen! I currently enjoy teaching students in piano and all areas of the voice in my home studio in Butler, NJ, and love to perform all musical genres.
